Adelina V Dovalina March 28, 1941 – March 08, 2015 Adelina V. Dovalina, 73, of Laredo, TX passed away March 8, 2015. Adelina V. Dovalina was born March 28, 1941 in Laredo, TX to Teodoro Vasquez and Anita Lopez Vasquez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Teodoro Vasquez and Anita L. Vasquez, her brothers Teodoro Vasquez Jr. and Vicente Vasquez, her sister Lupe Arizpe, bothers- in-law Trine Solis, Raymondo Arispe and Pablo Torres, and sisters-in-law Maria Vasquez and Josephina Vasquez. She is survived by her husband Francisco Tapia, her bothers: David Vasquez, Felix (Elia) Vasquez, sisters: Dolores Soliz, Cruz Torres, and Ana Maria (Matias) Tapia, daughter Maria Esmeralda (Michael R.) Montalvo, son Francisco J. (Claudia) Dovalina, son Daniel Dovalina, son Teodoro (Gina) Dovalina, daughter Mary Elizabeth Tapia, grandchildren: Stephanie M. (Freddy) Rivera, Bianca A. Montalvo, Michael R. Montalvo II, Alondra D. Dovalina, Sofia D. Dovalina, Candy G. Dovalina, Coby T. Dovalina, great grandchildren: Danelly J. Rivera and Bailey K. Rivera and numerous nephews and nieces. Mom you will be missed dearly: “When I think of you, I remember the times you always showed me love. In any way you could, you showed each and every one of us how much you loved us and missed us. You'd smile, not only with your lips, but with your eyes. You'd hug us with everything including your heart. Even with the little things like scratch our heads to make us fall asleep, letting us cook with you, or singing to the turkey every Thanksgiving. You showed us love. “ Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 5pm to 9pm at Nieto Dickey Funeral Home, 802 Coke St. A Rosary for the Deceased will commence at 7pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday morning, March 14, 2015, departing at 9:30am from Nieto Dickey Funeral Home to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Interment will follow at the Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers: Francisco J. Dovalina, Teodoro Dovalina, Michael R. Montalvo, Michael R. Montavo II, Rafael Ramirez and Francisco Dovalina.     Our condolences go out to the family and especially her daughter. Ms Dovalina was a very outgoing lady and always made us laugh. She always saw the best out of everything no matter how bad it was. God bless you always and you will be dearly missed.
