Obituary For Agustin Vela
Agustin Vela, 77, entered into eternal rest on, Sunday, January 18, 2026.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Diana Sanchez Vela; son Armando Vela.
He is survived by his children, Agustin Vela (Kendy), Gilberto Vela, Ana Laura Vela, and Jose Santos Vela; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nephews, nieces; as well as other family and friends who will greatly miss him.
The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Nieto Funerals & Cremations from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm.
Funeral Services will occur at Santa Rita de Casia Catholic Church on Thursday, January 22, 2026 for a funeral mass at 10:00 am.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow to the family plot at Vela Ranch in Rio Bravo, TX.
