Obituary For Alicia Rangel
Alicia Rangel, 78, entered into eternal rest, Monday, May 27, 2019. Alicia Rangel or “Licha”, as her family adoringly called her, will be best remembered for her kind spirit and personable disposition. Licha loved life, revered her God, and enjoyed an ever-expanding family and myriad of friends. She was most expressive of her enjoyment of life when she was around family and friends. Family and those close to her will miss her perpetual smile, her faith in God, her compassion for others, her wisdom and her companionship. This earth was a better place during her long existence and now, may heaven be her reward with eternal peace. Licha will be greatly missed.
Ms. Rangel is preceded in death by her parents; Rosendo and Ana Maria Rangel, siblings; Salvador Villarreal, Juanita V. Cavazos, Gustavo Rangel, Antonio Rangel, and Guadalupe R. Canales and son; Jaime E. Cedillo.
She is survived by her son; Jose Javier Cedillo, grandchildren; Jammie Lynn Cedillo, and Javier Lozano, daughter in law; Elva Jalomo Cedillo, great grandchild; D'Andrew Quiroz, and sister; Margarita R. Molina, nieces and nephews; Linda Lopez, Mario A. Molina, Jesse Molina, Eufemia Duarte, Ana Orozco, Elsa De La O, Yolanda Williford, Salvador Villarreal, Guillermo Villarreal, + Sylvestre Villarreal, +Ricardo Villarreal, Cindy Brandon, Ben Canales, David Canales, Carlos Canales, Chris Canales, Richard Cavazos, Alfred Cavazos, Joe Cavazos, Robert Cavazos, William Cavazos, Andrew Cavazos, Edward Cavazos, Blanca Villasana, Ana Escobar, Rosa Sustaita, Angelina Ruiz, Rosendo Rangel, Gustavo Rangel, Juan Rangel, Ana Rangel, Roberto Rangel, Alejandro Rangel, Roberto L. Rangel, Sr., Rolando Rangel, Mary Louise Navarro, and +Ricardo Rangel; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss her.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 with a visitation from 8:00 am to 11:00 am at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory. Procession will follow to Our Lady Of Guadalupe Church, where a mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Roberto Luis Rangel, Sr., Roberto Cavazos, Richard Cavazos, Joe Cavazos, Andy Cavazos, and Ben Canales.
