Mrs. Andrea Treviño passed away peacefully in her sleep in Richardson, Texas on March 3, 2013. She was born in Laredo and resided in Laredo most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents Ramon and Maria Reyes Santos, her husband Jose Vela who passed away in 1973, her son Atty. Jose “Chito” Vela Jr. and her second husband Arturo Treviño who passed away in 2005. She is survived by a daughter Mary Vela Meier and son-in-law Lou Meier, grandson Atty. Jose “Chito” Vela III, two granddaughters Christina Nowell and Ana Meier, daughter-in-law Patricia Vela, three great grand children, two sisters Josefina Cortez and Elvira Mendoza, many nephews, nieces and many dear friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm. Cremation will be at a later date.
