Obituary For Arturo Gonzalez

Arturo Gonzalez, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, July 13, 2024. He was surrounded by his loving wife of 47 years, Minerva Guadalupe Gonzalez, whose companionship brought him great joy and comfort throughout their life together. Arturo had recently retired after 41 years of dedicated service at the United States Post Office. Prior to his career at the Post Office, Arturo proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Arturo Gonzalez was a pillar of strength and a source of wisdom for his family. His gentle spirit and compassionate heart guided those around him through both joyous and challenging times. He was a true role model, embodying the values of integrity, generosity, and empathy in all aspects of his life.

Arturo Gonzalez was preceded in death by his parents Abraham Gonzalez and Maria Isabel Gonzalez, and his brother Eduardo Gonzalez. He is survived by his wife Minerva Guadalupe Gonzalez, daughter Brandy Villarreal and spouse Israel Villarreal, sons Arturo Gonzalez Jr, Gary Gonzalez, and grandkids Leanne Villarreal, Allison Villarreal, and Israel Villarreal Jr.

A man of many talents, Arturo Gonzalez was known for his passion of loving and serving his family and his dedication to helping others. His sense of humor was infectious, and his jokes and laughter never failed to bring joy and light up the room, making us laugh all the time.

Arturo Gonzalez's legacy of love and service will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. While he may no longer be with us in physical form, his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.

May we always remember Arturo Gonzalez for the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the legacy of kindness, humor, and hard work he leaves behind. Rest in peace, dear Arturo Gonzalez. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Nieto Funerals & Cremations from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A prayer and worship service will begin at 7:00 pm. Inurnment services will occur at a later date.

    My most sincere condolences to all the family. Arturo was indeed a very hard working man who always had his family & their needs in mind. I had the privilege of working with him at the post office. I can say Artie always gave 100% to his job & I always looked up to him. May he Rest in Peace & Perpetual Light shine upon him. May God give you the strength to get through this most difficult time.

    My brother Arturo was a fine man. He was generous with his family. He was a firm believer in God. He is with our Mom and Dad, and other family members. He is with our heavenly family. I love and miss you brother. We'll meet again.
