Belia Montemayor, 90, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012. Mrs. Montemayor is preceded in death by her husband, Osiel Chavez; brother, Anselmo Montemayor and sister, Celestina Palomo. She is survived by her only daughter, Guadalupe (Rodrigo) Raya, Sr.; grandchildren, Maritza (Hector) Perez, Rodrigo (Lupita) Raya, Jr., Lupita (Reynaldo) Talamantes, Ruben (Maribel) Raya and Ricardo (Claudia) Raya; 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Ruben Montemayor and Reynaldo Montemayor; sisters, Eudelia Reyes, Estela Palomo, Juanita Flores, Olga Mauricio and Gala Santillan. Mrs. Montemayor is also survived other family members. She will be greatly missed by all her family. Visitation will be Sunday, October 28, 2012 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Luis Rey Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery.
