Bernardo M. Alaniz, 85, was called by the Lord on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Hector and Jesus Alaniz. Left to cherish his memory are his wife: Amada M. Alaniz, stepchildren: Esther (Ronald) Janes, Jose (Esperanza) Diaz, brothers: Victor (Teresa) Alaniz and Humberto (Elizabeth) Alaniz, sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Alaniz and Eva Alaniz, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2013, from 5pm to 9pm at Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 7, 2013, from the funeral home to Santo Niño Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am.
