Carlos Lugo, 45, passed away Friday, June 15, 2007 in San Antonio, Texas. Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2007 from 4pm -9pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home with a Rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 19, 2007 from Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home to San Martin de Porres Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery.
