Obituary For Cecilio J. Bosquez,

Cecilio J. Bosquez, Sr. 67, passed away Friday, March 7, 2014. Mr. Bosquez proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was a Vietnam veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Margarita and Julian Bosquez, Sr. Left to cherish his memory are; his wife of 35 years of marriage Sylvia G. Bosquez; children, Melissa (Felipe) Lopez, Cecilia Bosquez, Cecilio Juan (Emma) Bosquez, Jr.; 5 grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Maria Bosquez, Leticia Bosquez, Candelaria Bosquez, Yolanda (Tomas) Mendez, Lupe Villanueva, Leopoldo (Linda) Bosquez, Alberto (Adela) Bosquez and Julian (Linda) Bosquez, Jr. as well as uncles, aunts, cousins and close friends. Mr. Bosquez will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a rosary will be held at 7 pm. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Cecilio J. Bosquez, Jr, Francisco Bedarte, David D. Gomez, Roberto N. Gomez, Johnny Guardiola, Alberto Bosquez, Ruben Medina and Raul Medina, Jr. Mr. Bosquez will be buried with military honors provided by American Legion Post 59. Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory, 802 Coke St. Laredo, TX 78040. Condolences can be expressed to the family online at www.nietofuneral.com.

    Sylvia, children and my cousins: My heart is weighing heavy in your loss of your love one. Juan was a wonderful cousin and I have very fond memories of him.
