ELIA ISABEL PENA Elia Isabel Peña, 83, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011. Mrs. Peña was preceded in death by her son-in-law; Antonio Palacios. She is survived by her children; Mayra (Rafael) Gomez, Abelardo (Aurora) Peña, Noe (Aida) Peña, Adolfo (Maria Rita) Peña, Aurelia Palacios, Francisco G. (Sandra Anahi) Peña, Servando (Mary) Peña, Gerardo (Sonia) Peña, Elizabeth (Gilberto) Tejeda, Marvelin (Hector) Lozano and Mirian (Roberto) Hernandez, 22 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and other relatives. Visitation will be held Monday, November 28, 2011 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a Rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory. Chapel service will commence at 9:00 am. Interment will follow to Panteon Municipal Antiguo in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St.
