Eliu DeLeon, 79, passed away, Wednesday, May 16, 2007. Mr. DeLeon was preceded in death by brother: Jose DeLeon and sister: Adalia DeLeon. He is survived by his wife of 50 years of marriage, Lucia Angelica DeLeon, children: Reyna Isabel(Jose) Martinez, Jaime(Maria Guadalupe) DeLeon, Sergio Fernando(Alicia)DeLeon, Maria Antonia(Malio)Soliz, Maria Del Carmen DeLeon, Lucia Angelica DeLeon and Eliu(Gladis)DeLeon all from Laredo, 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brother: Joel DeLeon from Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, sisters: Sara(Francisco)Arrellano, Elva DeLeon and Alma DeLeon all from Mexico. Visitation will be Thursday, May 17, 2007 from 4pm to 9pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home with a prayer service held at 7:30 pm. Funeral services will be Friday, May 18, 2007. A Chapel Service will be held at 11am with Pastor Hilario Quintanilla officiating. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery.
