She is survived by her son; Juan (Rosa Linda Medina) Jose Ortiz, grandchildren; Roxann (Hector Medina, Jr.) Ortiz, Cecile (Isair Lopez) Ortiz, Julissa (Oscar Collazo) Ortiz, Juan Jose Oritz, Jr., and Suzzette Ortiz, great-grandchildren; Sophia Medina, Nayeli Medina, Joy Avery Lopez, Rosa Rene Cruz, siblings; Jorge Barajas, Salvador Barajas, Luz Barajas and Dolores Aguirre; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss her.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 15, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory. Cremation Services will be held at a later date.
