Emilio Velazquez, Jr. passed away at the age of 60 on Saturday, October 12, 2019.

Mr. Velazquez is preceded in death by his father Emilio Velazquez.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, San Juana Velazquez; children, Emilio Velazquez, III, Violeta (Arturo) Ibarra and Gabriela Velazquez; grandchildren, Karla M. Velazquez and Emilio L. Velazquez; mother, Guadalupe Velazquez; siblings, Marco Antonio Velazquez, Melba Arriaga, Alberto (Susana) Velazquez and Lorena Velazquez; as well as other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Iglesia Cristiana Misericordia, 4519 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX, where a prayer service will start at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 16, 2019, visitation will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at Iglesia Cristiana Micericordia. A Religious Service will start at 10:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
