Enedelia Pruneda 12/28/1920 - 12/03/2013 Enedelia Pruneda, 92, passed away, Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Mrs. Pruneda is preceded in death by her husband: Jose Pruneda, grandmother: Maximina Garza, father: Filemon Garcia, mother: Elijia Ramirez, sisters: Ofilia G. Yáñez, Andy Guadalupe Diaz, best friend: Ofilia Lerma. Left to cherish her memory is her brother: Ruben Martinez, her nieces: Estela (James) Kirby, Yolanda (Mario) Factor, Minerva (Arturo) Cisneros, Norma Alicia Valdez, nephews: Juan Jose (Maria) Yáñez, and Rolando (Janie) Yáñez as well as numerous relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory, Sunday, December 8, 2013, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Monday, December 9, 2013, from the funeral home to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Special thanks to Dr. Oscar Gutierrez-Vizuet, M.D. and staff for the care and attention given to her and lifting her spirit. Also to her caregivers Minerva Gonzalez and Joe Cedillo for their excellent way of making three years of her life whole by treating her as one of the family and taking her out to different places to enjoy living, and to Jorge Cedillo who spent the last days at her home giving her health care around the clock just because he wanted to help out.
