Esther C. Villarreal, a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend was called home by her Lord and Savior on September 11, 2007, at age 48. Mrs. Villarreal was involved with her church and our Laredo community. She was preceded in death by her parents: Susano and Dolores H. Castillo. Mrs. Villarreal is survived by her husband, Jose A. Villarreal, daughters: Sonia V. (Homero) Flores, Monica and granddaughter: Analee Flores, brothers and sisters: Susano (Alicia) Castillo, Jr., Marco A.(Veronica) Castillo, Juan Andres (Sandra) Castillo, Mary Lou (Jesse) Rodriguez, Guillermina (Leroy) Villarreal and Dolores Lourdes Arce. Visitation will be Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 4pm to 9pm at The Crossroads Church, 1301 International Blvd. with a prayer service held at 7pm. Funeral ceremony will be Friday, September 13, 2007 at 9am at The Crossroads Church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home, 802 Coke St.
