Evangelina Martinez Paz was born on August 9, 1932 in Los Ojuelos, Texas. She went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at the age of 81. She is preceded in death by her son Andres Martinez and husband Victor Martinez. Left to cherish her memory is her; children, Juana Natividad (Rogelio) Rodriguez, Martin Martinez, Victor ((Emilia) Martinez, Isidro (Nora) Martinez, San Juana Martinez, Pedro (Fermina) Martinez, Jose Guadalupe (Marcela) Martinez; daughter in law, Lorrine Martinez; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and other family members and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 29, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, May 30, 2014, from the funeral home to St Agnes Catholic Church in Mirando, Tx where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Interment will follow immediately to Los Ojuelos Cemetery in Los Ojuelos, Texas. Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory, 802 Coke St. Laredo, TX 78040.
