Everett Harvey “Butch” Reash, 94, entered into eternal rest, Sunday, May 19, 2019. Mr. Reash was a WWII veteran with the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his wife; Elvira B. Reash, and parents; Roy Reash and Verna Mae Reash.

He is survived by his daughter; Sylvia Jean Reash, grandchildren; Sylvia Susana (Jose I.) Sotelo, Eduardo D. (Kelly) Reash, Patricia (Andrew) Almaguer, great grandchildren; Ava and Aiden Almaguer, Conor and Claire Reash; other family members and friends; and by his faithful companion, his dog “Chula”. The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Marissa Gonzalez, Regent Care Center & staff, Doctor’s Hospital and staff and to Doug Alford.

Memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, where a chapel service will be officiated at 10:00 am. Interment will follow immediately in the veteran’s section of the Laredo City Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 59 honor guard and the US Army flag detail unit of San Antonio, Texas.
