Real friend when you needed, but like his Dolphins, being the only undefeated Super Bowl winners, the Cisco Kid was a true Legend. So, just maybe perhaps, he can QB them from the room Upstairs. In THE "13" Marino, and not the TBrady 12. You will be missed. Never was afraid to give his opinion. And tried to live his life to fullest all despite the things of he had to be endured of. Your Pops and Mom and Bros await you up in the Heavens. Condolences to the Salas & Ramos Families. I had no father in life, but you were the next best thing when it mattered. Rest in peace, and be light. I'll see you again one day, maybe catch a deep pass or the assist from you or the vice versa, and see you hit a trey deeps from Downtown. May God rest your Soul. Be at peace. With sincere love and the utmost respect, Philly G. (Nice words and memories of him, by everyone BTW. His Fam and Friends, and helpers who were more like friends. Is how he treated most people.)

Cisco, You were a one of a kind type of person. I met you over 15 years ago when I was your nurse. A nurse / patient relationship turned into a friendship and transformed into a brotherhood. I always appreciated your kind words and advice, tips, assistance, sharing a beverage after hours, sharing lots of laughs and tears at times. Man, I never thought this day would come. But I find comfort knowing that you are now free, walking in heaven with your loved ones. May you rest in peace my friend. Until we meet again Cisco. Your friend Rick

Margarita (Mague)Salas
My primo Cisco was the epitome of strength and preserverence, a warrior. He would not allow his situation to take his laughter, joy and humor. He was much like my tio and my tia. Though grief has no timeline, and family love has no distance the sorrow of our loved one is just the same. I have no doubt in my heart that Cisco was met with the Hoky spirit of our God, and that he is rejoicing, and running free into the arms of our Lord and Savior, embracing his loving parents and brothers, and all our loved ones that heaven holds. My deepest heartfelt condolences to my Salas family, with hugs, love and prayers. I share your tears and sorrow. Be in peace mi primo no more suffering only comfort that is only found in heaven with our precious Jesus. Love always, Your prima, Mague Salas Stockton, arga

Norma Talavera
This is Norma Talavera. I just found out about the passing of me and Simon's precious friend Cisco. We've been friends for at least 40 years. He stayed with us a little while in Picayune, Ms. when he was working with Simon doing roofing. When he moved back to Laredo, we would go stay with him every year on our way to Mexico to visit Simon's family. We would have so much fun. His brother would grill us steak and we would hang out in the yard talking about "the good ole days." I know he and Simon are rejoicing together now. Simon just passed away in October. It's been hard on our family, especially his daughter Alicia. She was "daddy's girl." I pray for your family. May God bless you all
