Another good man has been taken from us. Frank was a great guy, always helping others, always in a great mood. I had the pleasure of working with him at TABC. He was my good friend. God has gained another angel. He will be missed dearly. RIP.. My condolences to the family.

My deepest condolences to Elizabeth, his children and the rest of his family. Frank RIP my friend, for 27 yrs you made our job bearable. You always helped out your co-workers and the people of the state of Texas which we worked for. As a boss you were always very integral, a straight shooter we always knew where you stood. Best boss I ever had. As a friend we broke bread together, talked a lot of cowboys and your beloved FSU seminols. Had some disagreements but had a lot more laughs throughout the years.
