My deepest condolences to Elizabeth, his children and the rest of his family. Frank RIP my friend, for 27 yrs you made our job bearable. You always helped out your co-workers and the people of the state of Texas which we worked for. As a boss you were always very integral, a straight shooter we always knew where you stood. Best boss I ever had. As a friend we broke bread together, talked a lot of cowboys and your beloved FSU seminols. Had some disagreements but had a lot more laughs throughout the years. Even when I left you would call me from time to time just to catch up, I'll miss that. Vaya con Dios Frank My co-worker, by boss, and my friend!
