I did have the pleasure of knowing your beloved Jerry, but I do know the pain of losing a loved one so young. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. At times like this, it helps to let our Almighty God soothe our pain, praying that He gives us the strength necessary to help us cope in the days ahead. his a Word has countless upbuilding a Scriptural thoughts, such as the 11th chapter of John. It's comforting to know that your dear Jerry is resting/sleeping, not conscious of anything the same as Lazarus. It's as when we're put to sleep before surgery. When we wake up, we remember absolutely nothing. And when Jesus resurrects Jerry, he will wake up to the conditions brought out in Rev. 21:3&4.
