Gerardo Yguerabide, 51 yrs., passed away on Saturday December 29, 2012, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Yguerabide was preceded in death by his; parents, Lucio Yguerabide, and Maria Magdalena Yguerabide; sisters, Enedelia Almedia and Anna Maria Gonzalez. He is survived by his companion, Juanita De Leon; sons, Jorge Yguerabide, Jerry (Janice) Yguerabide, Gabriel (Jennifer) Yguerabide; daughter, Marisela Yguerabide; mother of his children, Teresa Yguerabide; brothers, Lucio (Lee) Ygueravide, Gilberto (Flora) Yguerabide, Hector Yguerabide and Humberto Yguerabide; sisters, Veroncia Garza, Irma (Felix) Ramirez, Teresa Lopez, Cecilia (Rene Palacios)Yguerabide, Gloria Bentley, Ma. Magdalena (Jesus) Soto; 7 grandchildren,; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory and a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Luis Rey Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am. Interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
