Geronimo “Gero” Cardenas, 71, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012. Mr. Cardenas is survived by his wife of 42 years of marriage, Guillermina Cardenas; children, Eddie (Virginia) Cardenas, Tiburcio (Erica) Cardenas, Lupita Cardenas and Saul (Mary) Cardenas; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to Holy Redeemer Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Eddie Cardenas, Tiburcio Cardenas, Saul Cardenas, Saul Cardenas, Jr., Javier Gomez, Jaime Gomez, Jr. and Edie Cardenas.
