Graciela Rodriguez, 57, entered into eternal rest Monday, May 11, 2015. Gracie was a hard working independent woman who raised her daughter on her own. She loved to dance, enjoyed going to the movies and spending time with her granddaughter. Gracie was a bubblie woman who always had a smile on her face. Her warm heart and positive attitude made it easy to spend time with her friends and family. She loved to dance, enjoyed school class reunions and was very caring and loving to others. Throughout her life, she worked for the F.B.I. as an interpreter, Mercy Hospital as an EKG Technician and for the last 14 years at the City of Laredo in the WIC Department. Gracie is preceded in death by her grandmother, Concepcion Garcia Ramirez and baby sister Rosa Lilia Rodriguez. She is survived by her daughter, Gaby (Jesse) Moreno; mother, Rosa B. Gonzalez; Sisters, Laura Rosa (Gerardo) Factor and Annie Landin (Chris Garza). Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2015, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm.
