Guadalupe "Lupe" Madrigal, 77, entered into eternal rest, Monday, August 26, 2019. Mr. Madrigal is preceded in death by his parents; Vicente Madrigal and Carmen C. Madrigal, brothers; Luis Vicente Madrigal and Vicente Madrigal, Jr., and children; Robert Madrigal and Rosa L. Ochoa.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years of marriage; Juanita H. Madrigal, children; Mary V. (Johnny) Garcia and Guadalupe (Veronica) Madrigal, Jr., grandchildren; Michael (Mariel) Garcia, Jesus V. (Karen) Garcia, Angel Madrigal, Gabriel I. Madrigal, Carolina Madrigal, Jennifer M. Madrigal, Alexis M. Madrigal, Robert Madrigal, Jr., and Francisco E. Madrigal; 6 great-grandchildren, sister; Francis Saenz, daughter in law; Rebecca Madrigal and son in law; Francisco Ochoa; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss him.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Friday, August 30, 2019, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will begin at 8:30 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
