Guadalupe V. Peralta, 95 years old, entered into eternal rest September 23, 2025.

She worked for many years as a parent volunteer at Heights Elementary school before she transitioned to working in the Dietary Services with the Laredo Independent School District at Heights Elementary School where she retired after years of faithful service to the Laredo Independent School District and Heights Elementary.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Villarreal & Genoveva S. Villarreal; siblings, Dora Gutierrez, Reynaldo Villarreal, Gilberto Villarreal. And husband of 44 years Roberto G. Peralta.

She is survived by her sons and their spouses, Alberto Garcia (Zulema) and Roberto Peralta, Jr. (Elizabeth); brother, Pedro Villarreal; grandchildren, Alberto Garcia Jr., Roberto Peralta, III, Graciela Garcia (Manuel), Elizabeth Garcia (Eduardo Martinez), Clarissa Marfil (Miguel), Kristina Ramirez, Christina Peralta, Marissa Ramirez, Ruby Garcia, Angela Ramirez, Crystal Morales (Brandon), Lisa Avila; great-grandchildren, Amanda Almeida (Benjamin), Amber Almeida (Julian), Ashley Almeida (Eduardo), Manuel Almeida III (Cristina), Hector Tovar, Victor Tovar, Eduardo Almeida, Lizbeth Tovar, Alejandro Garcia, Adisyn Garcia, Miguel Marfil, Milani Marfil, Melanie Marfil, Cataleya Morales, Fidel Valles, Adrian Valles, Isaac Valles, Isabella Valles, Jason Smith, John Smith, Jacob Smith, Mae Smith, Briana Avila; 10 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family and friends who will greatly miss her.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 5 PM to 9 PM at Nieto Funerals & Cremations. A Rosary will be celebrated at 7 PM, providing an opportunity for loved ones to come together in prayer and reflection.

The funeral Mass will take place on Monday, September 29, 2025, at San Luis Rey Catholic Church at 9 AM. Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Hector Tovar Jr., Manuel Almeida III, Amanda Almeida, Amber Almeida, Ashley Almedia, Ruby Garcia, Roberto Peralta III, and Miguel Marfil, Jr.
