Higinio Garibay, III, 50, passed away Monday, November 5, 2007. Mr. Garibay was preceded in death by his father: Higinio Garibay, Jr. and nephew: Rene Garibay, Jr. He is survived by his son: Gary Garibay, IV, mother: Graciela Garibay, brothers and sisters: Rene Garibay, Marco Antonio Garibay, Armando Garibay, Gracie Saldana and Melissa Garibay, former wife: Francisca Garibay all of Laredo, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 7, 2007 from 4pm to 9pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm by Deacon Jose Rodriguez.
