Idalia B. Hill, 83, entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 30, 2016. Mrs. Hill worked as a seamstress for Marvelizing Cleaners for more than 20 years. She also helped at Leyendecker Elementary School for a few years. She raised her granddaughters and great grandchild Angel Kin. She was a strong willed, strict woman, but above all, a loving mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Hill and daughter Sylvia A. Hill. She is survived by her; children, Robert J. (Luz) Hill, Jr., Idalia H.(Ramiro) Elizondo, Gilberto Hill, Hector E. Hill, Sabrina Hill; grandchildren; great grandchildren; brother, Romelio Balderas; as well as other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 4, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from the funeral home to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
