Ignacio Gomez, 82, joined our Lord, Saturday, December 6, 2014. Mr. Gomez is preceded in death by his beloved wife: Maria Juana Gomez. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Hector (San Juana) Gomez, Irma G. (+Eugenio) Martinez, Ignacio Gomez, Jr., Sara (+Juan) Reyes, Gloria Alvarez, Maria (Richard) Maxwell, Francisco Javier (Rosalinda) Gomez, Ana L. (Jose) Flores and Antonio (Amy) Gomez, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives. Visitation will be held Monday, December 8, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Chapel service will be officiated at 9:00 am. Interment will follow immediately in the Memorial Gardens of Laredo Cemetery.
