James “Big James” Andrew Garcia, 29, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Antonio (Francisca) Alvarado, maternal grandmother: Paz Garcia, aunts: Irene Peña, Estela Adams, Delia Lerma, and cousin: Javier Gutierrez. Left to cherish his memory are his mother: Sylvia Tamez, sister: Christina Garcia, nephews: Cesar Reyna, Jr., and Armando Daniel Reyna, wife: Norma Gonzalez as well as her family, aunts & uncles: Mary ( Victor) Gutierrez, Antonio (Sylvia) Alvarado, Francisco (Yolanda) Alvarado, Pepa (Jose) Ramirez, Lucia (Roberto) Carrillo, Rosario (Lucas) Espinoza, Cecilia (Juan) Sandoval and Juan (Terry) Alvarado, as well as numerous cousins, other relatives and friends. Mr. Garcia will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A visitation will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013, from 5pm to 9pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a Rosary will be recited at 7pm. Cremation Services will be at a later date.
