Baby boy Jaziel Medina, entered into the loving embrace of the Lord on January 30, 2024.

Jaziel is survived by his parents, Gerardo Medina Jr. & Judith Gaona; maternal grandparents, Israel and Sylvia Gaona; paternal grandparents, Gerardo Medina and Michelle Rodriguez; great-grandparents, Guadalupe Salazar, Gerardo Charles, Guadalupe Medina; aunts & uncles, Rosendo Gaona, Jasmin Gaona, Joceline Gaona, Aaron Gaona, Jaclyn Gaona, Jaqueline Medina, and Esmeralda Collazo (Jesse); as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funerals & Cremations. Cremation services will occur at a later date.
