Jesus J. “Chuy” Gomez, 66, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014. Mr. Gomez is preceded in death by his wife: Maria Irma Gomez, brother: Santos Gomez, Jr., and sister: Maria E. Gomez. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Adrian Gomez, Isabel Gomez, Jesus L. Gomez, Raul Gomez and Jaime Gomez; 2 grandchildren, siblings, Guadalupe (Ramiro) Hinojosa, Jose Gomez, Roberto (Magdalena) Gomez, Sylvia L. Bosquez, Raul D. Gomez and David D. (Francis) Gomez. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory where a rosary will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am. Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Adrian Gomez, Roberto Gomez, Ramiro Del Bosque, III, Damian Gomez, Daniel Lopez, Victor Toribio, David D.
