Jesus Salvador Alvarado, 62, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2006. Mr. Alvarado was a charismatic, loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed life to the fullest and was loved by those who surrounded him. He was preceded in death by his wife Nelda G. Alvarado. He is survived by his children; Cordelia I. Alvarado, Jaime F. Alvarado, Celina Y. Alvarado, Juan R. Alvarado, Jesus Alvarado, Jr. Hector M. Alvarado, Patricia Benavidez and Fernando Romo all from Laredo, sister; Christina Garcia, many grandchildren and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 29, 2006 from 4 – 9pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home with a Rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at Holy Redeemer Catholic. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9am. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
