John Joseph Mansfield, 57, entered into eternal rest Friday, October 31, 2014. Mr. Mansfield was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a recipient of the following awards/certificates: Police Sciences Institute - General Law Enforcement Course, Harker Heights Police Department - Police Combat Matches, Texas Engineering Extension Service - Radar Operators Course and Department of the Army – Emergency Medical Care Course. He is survived by his children; Ashley Mansfield, John Joseph Mansfield, Jr., and Kassandra Mansfield, sisters-in-law; Graciela Rojas and Letycia Ramirez, nephew; Juan (Diana) Monroy and brother-in-law; Henry (Alicia) Ramirez. Mr. Mansfield will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm.
