Jorge “El Negro” Moncivais, 62, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 in a local hospital. Mr. Moncivais was preceded in death by; parents, Guadalupe Moncivais and Gudalupe B. Moncivais; son, Jorge Moncivais, Jr., brother, Ricardo Moncivais; nephews, Fabian Moncivais and Manuel Grajeda, III and father in law, Leopoldo H. Serna. He is survived by his wife, Patricia S. Moncivais; children, Gerardo Moncivais, Eduardo Moncivais and Clarissa Y. Moncivais; numerous grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother and sisters, Santos (Andrea) Moncivais, Rosa (Pablo) Galvan, Yolanda (Pablo) De Leon, Linda (Sergio) Rodriguez; sister in law, Rosa Moncivais; uncle, Pablo Benavides and mother in law, Guadalupe I. Serna; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Visitation will be held Monday, August 6, 2012 from , 2012 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Jose Catholic Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 am. Interment will follow immediately to the City Cemetery.
