Obituary For Jose Angel Gaona

Jose Angel Gaona, 67, entered into eternal rest, Saturday, August 14, 2021. Mr. Gaona is preceded in death by his parents; Jesus Gaona and Gregoria E. Goana.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years of marriage; Rosario Gaona, children; Jose Angel (Cristina) Gaona Jr., Veronica Gaona and Iris Gaona, grandchildren; Kaylah Merie Gaona and Jason Gaona, siblings; Jorge Luis Gaona and Blanca Estela Duarte; as well as nieces, nephews, other family members and friends that will greatly miss him.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Thursday, August 19, 2021 from the funeral home to Christ the King Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will begin at 8:30 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Laredo City Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 59 of Laredo and flag presentation will be provided by the United States Army Honor Guard.

Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St. Laredo, TX 78040. Condolences can be expressed to the family online at www.nietofuneral.com.
