Jose Cliserio Rubalcaba "Señor Picasso" 70, passed away March 3, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas, at University Hospital. His passion and love was photography. He was a small photography business owner which he founded in l964 and worked until his last day. He was a member of the Sanson W45 Internacionales del Sur De Texas CB Club. He had a camera collection and enjoyed detailing his classic cars. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juanita Limon Ortiz & Feliberto Rubalcaba Limon. He is survived by his spouse, Oralia Rubalcaba, his children, Jose C. (Ruth Olivares) Rubalcaba, Jr., Eduardo (Adela Rojas) Rubalcaba, Griselda (Gilberto)De Alba, Cristina (Luis A. Gonzalez) Rubalcaba; Grandchildren, Emily Victoria Rubalcaba, Alejandro De Alba, Analia Rubalcaba, Sofia De Alba, and favorite niece Teresa Gonzalez; Siblings, Maria Guadalupe Ortiz Limon and Esther Rubalcaba Limon, Carmelo Rubalcaba Limon and his loving pets, Goyo, Solovino and Atlas, but most of all, he will be forever loved by his wife, children, and grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 7, 2016, at 10:00 am at the San Agustin Cathedral. Interment will follow immediately at the Laredo City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jose C. Rubalcaba, Jr., Eduardo Rubalcaba, Gilbert De Alba, Jr., Luis Alberto Gonzalez, Fausto Limon and Gilberto De Alba.
