Jose V. Cisneros, 82, entered into eternal rest on, Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

He is preceded in death by his sons, Jose V. Cisneros Jr., and Roberto Cisneros; parents, Pedro Cisneros & Olivia De Leon.

Jose is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Evangelina Cisneros; children, Maria de Jesus (Carlos) Capetillo, Evangeline (Victor) Montemayor, Alma R. (Pedro) Huerta, Patricia (Roberto) Garcia, Pedro (Laura) Cisneros, Liliana (Jose Luis) Flores, and Jose Luis Cisneros; daughter-in-law, Claudia Cisneros; 28 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family and friends.

The Cisneros family will be receiving condolences on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Nieto Funerals & Cremations from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will be officiated at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will continue on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Santo Niño Catholic Church where a Mass will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Pedro Valentin Flores, Richard Flores, Pedro Cisneros Jr., Roberto Garcia Jr., Roberto Cisneros Jr., Jose Valentin III, Carlos Capetillo, and Jose Luis Garcia.
