Joseph “Joaquin” Serrano Torres, 62, entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Mr. Serrano Torres worked with U.I.S.D. as a bus driver for over ten years. He was preceded in death by his parents; Joaquin (Antonia) Torres and nephew; Roberto Carlos Aguilar, Jr. Mr. Torres Serrano is survived by his sister; Rosa Maria (Roberto Carlos) Aguilar, brother; Jesus Emigdio (Maria) Torres, niece; Rosa Cristina Aguilar (Erasto Carrillo), nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be Monday, March 12, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a Rosary recited at 6:30 pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to Holy Family Church. Holy mass will commence at 9:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
