Juanita B. Gutierrez, 89, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014. Mrs. Gutierrez was a very good wife, daughter and mother. She was an avid cook and gardener. She was a kind, sociable, noble person who was always willing to help others. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco Gutierrez; parents, Herman & Guadalupe Benavidez; son, Francisco Javier Gutierrez; brothers, Ernesto Benavidez, Bena Benavidez; sisters, Antonia Cantu, Tomas Hernandez, Nieves Medellin, Eva Vela; niece, Gloria Medellin; and sisters in law, Grace Llano and Guadalupe Rodriguez. Left to cherish her memory are her; daughter, Rosario Gutierrez (Felipe) Lopez; granddaughters, Natalia Gutierrez, Zelina Grace Escobedo; great grandsons, Dennis Duran, Celso Duran; brother in law, Feliciano (Sylvia) Gutierrez & Family; special nieces and nephews, Minita De Leon, Patricio Cantu, Zulema (Richard) Holman, Priscilla Garza; Abelardo Medellin; as well as other nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
