Obituary For Juanita R. VIllarreal

Juanita R. Villarreal was called by the Lord on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the age of 89. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed sewing. Mrs. Villarreal is preceded in death by her husband; Pedro Villarreal, Sr., parents; Guadalupe Perez and Faustina S. Perez, children; Antonio Villarreal, Sr., Camilo Villarreal, two baby boys, and Francisca Villarreal, and sister; Armandina Herrera.

She is survived by her children; Pedro (Alicia) Villarreal, Jr., Martha (Ricardo) Gonzalez, Jorge (Bonnie) Villarreal, Cecilia (Jose Luis) Garcia; 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss her. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the nursing staff of Retama Manor Nursing Center/Laredo-South.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 21, 2019 from the funeral home to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Funeral mass will begin at 9:00 am. Cremation services will be held at a later date. Pallbearers will be: Antonio Villarreal, Jr., Carlos M. Villarreal, Guadalupe Villarreal, Pedro Villarreal, III., Estevan E. Gonzalez, Ricardo J. Gonzalez, Jr., and Jose Luis Garcia, Jr.

Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St. Laredo, TX 78040. Condolences can be expressed to the family online at www.nietofuneral.com.
