Obituary For Julia A. Juarez
Julia A. Juarez passed away on November 14, 2016 at the age of 73. Julia was a lifelong resident of Laredo, Texas. She was a devoted wife, mother and dedicated career woman. She was married 51 years to Juan Hugo Juarez also of Laredo, Texas. Julia was an administrative assistant at the Laredo Independent School District for 35 years. She graduated from Martin High School in 1961 and graduated with a degree in business administration from Durham College of San Antonio, Texas in 1963.
Julia had two sons, Juan H. Juarez Jr. and Eduardo B. Juarez. Juan H. Juarez Jr. is an associate professor at Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts in Syracuse, New York and Eduardo B. Juarez is a freelance fashion industry photographer in Brooklyn, New York. Julia was passionate about education and learning, instilling this love in her two sons.
Julia is always remembered for her warm spirit and beautiful smile. Those who knew her always regarded her as a classic lady. She was a compassionate person with a kind soul and giving heart. Julia was a consummate professional proud of her career and proud of her accomplishments as a mother. She will be terribly missed by her family and friends.
Julia is survived by her husband, Juan Hugo Juarez and two sons, Juan H. Juarez Jr. married to Amelda Ramirez of Syracuse, New York and Eduardo B. Juarez married to Marci Leiseth of Brooklyn, New York. Along with grandson, Mick Oliver Juarez son of Eduardo B. Juarez and Marci Leiseth. Julia is also survived by her siblings, sister Ernestina Havens married to Larry Havens of Vinton, Virginia. Her second sister, Velia Cempa married to Frank Cempa of Richmond, Texas. And, her brother Melchor Aguirre III married to Norma Aguirre of Phoenix, Arizona. Julia was aunt and great aunt to numerous nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 21, 2016. Everyone is encouraged to join the family at San Luis Rey Catholic Church to celebrate funeral mass at 10:00 am. Interment will follow immediately to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the American Cancer Society in honor of Julia A. Juarez. Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St. Laredo, TX 78040. Condolences can be expressed to the family online at www.nietofuneral.com.

Sentimos mucho la perdida de su ser querido por eso queremos compartir con ustedes el consuelo que Dios nos da mediante las escrituras. Por ejemplo Dios nos promete eliminar para siempre la muerte, en Revelación o Apocalipsis 21:4 dice que "Dios limpiara toda lágrima de los ojos y la muerte no será más". En Hechos 24:15 dice que "va ha haber una resurrección". Entonces podemos darnos cuenta que nuestro creador Jehova Dios tiene el poder de acabar para siempre con toda maldad y sufrimiento y les devolverá la vida a nuestros seres queridos que hayan muerto.
