Obituary For Lilia C. Gutierrez
Lilia C. Gutierrez, 88, entered into eternal rest on, Monday, January 15, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Alejandro & Maria Chapa; husband, Pastor Jose Gutierrez Vela; brothers, Arturo Chapa, and Fernando Chapa; sister, Rosa Chapa.
Lilia is survived by her children, Elsa (Javier) Ramirez, Araceli (Ruben) Sandoval, Nancy (Juan Carlos) Cordero, Lily Gutierrez; grandchildren, JR (Laura) Ramirez, Erica (Daniel) Salinas, Joey (Estela) Ramirez, Luis (Lindsey) Lerma, Jennifer (Ivan) Munoz, Juan Carlos (Alexis) Cordero Jr., Jorge Alberto Cordero, and Iliana Gutierrez; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Kennedy, Megan, Marly, Jaxon, Jace, Laila, Luis Alberto, Elian, Emilia, and Juan Carlos III; as well as numerous other family and friends who will greatly miss her.
The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funerals & Cremations where a prayer service will commence at 7:00 pm. Chapel Services will continue on Friday morning January 19, 2024 at Nieto Funerals & Cremations beginning at 11:00 am. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
The family would also like to give special thanks to the Communidad Cristiana Agape.
