Lucia Reyes Fulgham,83, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011. Mrs. Fulgham was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff Fulgham, parents; Juan C. and Luz P. Reyes, 5 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children; Mike Allen and Ursula (Gregg) Simmons, brothers and sisters; Raul (Ofelia) Reyes, Esteban (Cristina) Reyes, David Reyes, Amelia (Alfredo) Fernandez, Evangelina Reyes, Noemi R. Gue, Ruth (Bernardo) Cisneros and Robert D. (Esmy) Reyes. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 5pm to 9pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a prayer service at 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to Iglesia Cristiana Misericordia, 4519 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX 78041. Church service will officiate at 10am. Interment will be Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Brookside Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
