Obituary For Lucila Palacios

Lucila Palacios, 52, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, December 31, 2020. Ms. Palacios is preceded in death by her parents; Antonio and Maria Petra Palacios and sister; Maria Del Refugio Benavides.

She is survived by her siblings; Noe (Maria Estela) Palacios, Jose Luis Palacios, Maria Adoracion Palacios, Veronica (Pedro) Amaro, and Leticia (Arturo) Flores; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends that will greatly miss her.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 7:00 am to 10:30 am at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church at 11:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St. Laredo, TX 78040. Condolences can be expressed to the family online at www.nietofuneral.com.

    When I saw Lucy's picture above, I smiled because that is exactly how I last saw her. Every time I went to Laredo to be with my parents, I always saw Lucy, and Maria, across the street greeting me with their bright friendly smiles, we would waive hello and chit chat.
