Luz M. Lara, 93, entered into eternal rest, Sunday, April 10, 2022. Mrs. Lara is preceded in death by her husband; Felipe Lara and daughters; Rosalinda Garcia and Sanjuanita Benavides.

She is survived by her son; Jose Felipe (Ricardo Geronimo) Lara, mother of Jose's children; Graciela Lara, grandchildren; Nicolas Lara, Saul Lara, Jose Luis Benavides, Jr., Analee Benavides and Luis Miguel Benavides, great grandchildren; Alysse Victoria Lara, Saul Lara, Jr., Joaquin Lara, Soledad Lara, Noah Lara, June Lara, Luna Lara and Donika Alexandra Lara; as well as nieces, nephews and other family members that will greatly miss her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from the funeral home to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Funeral Mass will begin at 9:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
