The Arrezola and Ballesteros family sadly announce the passing of our dearly beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, Maria de la Luz Ballesteros Arrezola, on November 20, 2014, at the age of 89. Mrs. Arrezola was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Alejandro Arrezola, Sr., parents: Bernardo Ballesteros and Guadalupe Ballesteros and all her cherished brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children: Alejandro (Socorro) Arrezola, Jr., Librada (Roberto) Magallanes, Luis (Maria Ella) Arrezola, Sr., Juanita (Jorge) Contreras, grandchildren: Alejandro (Margaret) Arrezola, III, Esmeralda (Gilberto) Castro, Antonio Arrezola, Luis (Veronica) Arrezola, Jr., Maria De La Luz (Jorge) Ramirez, Evaristo A. (Veronica) Arrezola, Rene J. (Rachel) Arrezola, Bernardo Magallanes, Dorothy A. Magallanes, Richard Thomas and Rey (Jade) Arrezola, 22 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary at 7:00pm. Cremation service will be at a later date.
