Maria del Carmen Linares, 89, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband; Alfonso Linares Ayala and parents: Alfredo & Maria Josafat Hernandez. Mrs. Linares is survived by her loving children: Alberto (Trinidad) Hernandez, Maria Del Ruby (Johnny) Merritt, Moises Alfonso (Efigenia) Linares, Olivia Linares, Marcos (Refugio) Linares, David (Elsa) Linares, and Judith Linares (Raymundo Rodriguez), nineteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. A visitation was held on Wednesday March 9, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a prayer service was held at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016, at the Nieto Funeral Home chapel where a chapel service will commence at 11:00 am.
