Maria G. Elizondo, 87, entered into eternal rest Saturday, July 11, 2015. Mrs. Elizondo was preceded in death by her parents, Enrique Luna and Josefa Luna; husband, Felipe Elizondo; sons, Gilberto Elizondo, Luis Elizondo and siblings, Josefa Luna, Amelia Rodriguez, Enrique Luna, Jr., Felix Luna, Cleofas Luna and Maria Luna. She is survived by her children, Felipe (Mary) Elizondo, Jr., Sylvia Dias, Yolanda (Roberto) Chapa, Rosalinda Vasquez; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; as well as other family members and friends. The family wishes to express their gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Idelfonso Flores & Staff, Dr. Benson Y. Huang & Staff and Dr. Eduardo Miranda and Staff. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a prayer service will be held at 6pm. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 with a chapel service at 8:30 am at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory officiated by Pastor Hector Manuel Patino. Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Robert Chapa, Angel Chapa, Felipe Joshua Elizondo, Jose Luis Elizondo, Gilberto Elizondo, Jr., Johnny Rodriguez, Luis Elizondo, Jr. and Ramiro Vasquez.
