Maria G. Villa, 80, passed away Monday, April 7, 2008. Mrs. Villa is survived by her husband, Raul Villa, son; Jose G. Rodriguez of Austin, daughters; Rosario (Felipe) Villa Chavez of Laredo and Maria I. (Juan G.) Cruz of Laredo, grandchildren; Felipe R. Chavez, Christina Chavez, Jose Carlos, Maribel and Susana Rodriguez, great-grandchild; Sabrina Rodriguez. Visitation was held Monday, April 7, 2008 from 5 pm to 9 pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home with a rosary recited at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home to Holy Redeemer Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Felipe R. Chavez, Jose Carlos Rodriguez, Juan Cruz, Jose G. Rodriguez and Felipe Chavez. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home, 802 Coke St.
